However, for the app to function correctly, we may collect the following:

• Crash Logs: Collected through Firebase Crashlytics to detect bugs and improve app stability.
• Subscription Status: We securely check your subscription status using Google Play services.
• Ad Interactions: AdMob may collect information like ad engagement or impressions when you view rewarded ads.
• Email (optional): Only when submitted voluntarily for feedback or account recovery.

We use your data strictly for service enhancement, diagnostics, and functionality. Examples include:

• Improving app performance based on crash reports.
• Verifying subscription access (monthly, yearly plans).
• Rewarding VPN access time (e.g., 1 free hour) after ad viewing.
• Sending optional service updates or reminders (e.g., renewals).

Vpnsify uses Google AdMob to deliver rewarded video ads. When you watch an ad, you may be granted limited-time VPN access (e.g., 1 free hour). AdMob may collect anonymous identifiers such as:

• Approximate location (for regional ad relevance)
• Ad engagement (views, skips, clicks)

These identifiers are managed by Google and governed by their Privacy Policy.

All data is stored securely in encrypted databases hosted on MongoDB Atlas, which includes:

• Network isolation and IP whitelisting
• Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Access limited to internal admins only

We frequently audit our infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
